Please choose carefully as we do not allow refunds for change of mind. 

Exchanges

Picking a size for babies is hard! We get it! We offer 1 x free size exchange on full priced stock anywhere in the world if you contact us within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For all other exchanges, shipping costs to return and exchange the item to Dorveille are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

However, if your purchase is faulty or defective, please contact us at hello@dorveille.com.au and we will provide a replacement of, or a refund for, your goods as relevant - at our cost of course!

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Alternatively, if you like, we can replace your purchase!

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on sale items or gift cards for change of mind or size changes. 

Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@dorveille.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
