Shipping policy
All orders are sent via Australia Post and are tracked packages. Your parcel's tracking ID will be sent to you upon dispatch. Please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.
Shipping within Australia
- AU$8.95 flat rate per order for standard delivery in Australia
- AU$12.95 flat rate for Express Post delivery in Australia
- FREE standard shipping in Australia for orders over AU$80
Shipping Internationally
- We ship to USA, Hong Kong, Singapore, United Kingdom and New Zealand only
- AU$19.95 flat rate per order for standard international delivery
- FREE standard international shipping for orders over AU$80
IMPORTANT: Please note any additional importation charges, taxes or customs duties that are incurred within the recipient's country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. Your delivery charge does not include such additional charges.
Missing, Refused or Late Parcels
We love Australia Post but sometimes they miss the mark due to unforeseen circumstances (still love 'em). So, we can't be responsible for missing or late parcels as a result of Australia Post or their international carriers. However, we encourage you to reach out so we can help you follow up with them using the tracking ID to help you guide you with those carriers.
If your delivery is refused, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your purchase refund if relevant. If you wish us to re-send the package to you, you will be responsible for all postage costs too.
